එක්සත් ජාතික පක්ෂයේ 68 වන සංවත්සරය අද (06දා) පක්ෂ නායක රනිල් වික‍්‍රමසිංහගේ ප‍්‍රධානත්වයෙන් පස්සර දී පැවැත්වීමට නියමිතය. පස්වරු 2ට පස්සර ප‍්‍රාදේශීය සභා පරිශ‍්‍රයේදී පැවැත්වෙන ජාතික සංවත්සරය, ඌව පළාත් සභා මැතිවරණයට සාපේක්ෂව පැවැත්වෙන බව එක්සත් ජාතික පක්ෂය පවසයි.

The 68th anniversary celebrations of the United National Party will be held today under the patronage of party leader Ranil Wickremasinghe in Passara, Badulla.

The UNP was formed on 06th of September, 1946 under the leadership of D.S. Senanayake who became Sri Lanka’s first Prime Minister.

Chairman of the party MP Kabir Hasheem said, party leader is expected to announce a major change in the party positions at the anniversary rally. He added the party celebrates the anniversary with a winning mentality.
